I've been ill this last week off and on. But Friday I finally had to admit it and called in sick from work. I felt so bad to do that. Because of this bug, not the flu (no fever or chills) I cannot get my diabetes under control. I am so depressed. I have so much I wanted to do this weekend, but, it will just have to wait.
I have an intestinal bug, so I guess I will live. We have been tv watching Police Women of Broward County all afternoon.

Sometimes you just have to take time for yourself. All of that other stuff will still be there when you feel up to tackling it again! If you get it done great, but don't sweat it right now. You deserve to be healthy, besides it's too dangerous to mess with diabetes. :)
