Day 217

After months of suffering, my mother (inlaw) has crossed over. We sat by her side while she was in the deep sleep that comes when one is reviewing their lives. I hope in the end loved ones came and helped her make the leap to the other side an easy one. I hope she has found the peace and contentment that she deserves. Thank you Spokane Hospice for all that they did to help her make this life's journey's end. They were wonderful, professional and caring people. If you are deciding on a charity to make a donation, please keep them in mind. They are so worthy.
I had a dream this morning where Sue was in India. Young, as I had seen her in pictures with Michael when he was also young wearing a beautiful colored kurti and her hair was so dark and lush. She was smiling and I knew she was happy.
I will miss our talks and her cooking lessons. She always had sage advise that sometimes I heeded and other times foolishly ignored. I was a better person for knowing her. Bless you Sue (Mom) and wishing you safe journeys onto your next lives.

Linda
My thoughts are with you and M in this hard time.
But we will celebrate everything Sue gave to the world.
And I so agree the folks who work at hospice are the best.
Please take care my friend and if there is anything I can do please let me know

Linda, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss. Please convey my sympathy to Michael.

You know that was definitely her coming to you in thar dream. Rest assured that she is well and still with you guys. You just have to look for her in a different way.

Take care, my friend.
