I cannot wait to see the movie Secretariat that will be released by Disney in October. Back in 1973 I was really into horses, owning a few. I went to the races at Bay Meadows all the time and was hooked on the sport. I saw the big red horse run and he took my breath away and I have been a fan ever since. I think back of old the great horse legends Old Dan Patch, Man O War, Citation, Seabiscuit and so many others, especially Secretariat that took our minds off the country's woes. We need a horse today to help us make it through these tough times and give us something to root for and be proud of. If only.
