Spokane has a serial garage arsonist. Why in Hell are they not reporting about this.
The arsonist was pretty active last year and seemed to have gone away. But he's back. 2 more garages torched. One just a few blocks from where I live.
He's active in the early morning hours. So policemen put the paperwork down and drive around and see if you can find him.
