Started the day off with a great interview. It was like talking to an old friend.

I know the weather guy said it was going to storm, but, dang it poured rain all night long. It was so windy! We love to listen to the wind, so I left the window crack just a bit so we could listen to it howl.When I left for work this morning it was only sprinkling. I am sure there is more coming for today and the rest of the week.

Still keeping my fingers crossed that no tornadoes will touch down in South Whitley, Indiana. It is the true homeplace for my family.

My comment on the Ed Show. I don't think Ed Schultz said anything wrong. Facts are facts. Laura Ingraham is a slut or even one step below. She is a hipocrite from the word go. When you flash your nasty naked pictures on the internet...what does that make you?  Thank you...slut. I felt Ed did not have to make the apology that he did and should not be punished with a week's suspension.

Slipping on the goals for this week. I have not made it over to the house all week. But we do have a 3 day weekend coming up. I do have an interview tomorrow. Looking forward to that. Got to keep thinking I need benefits!!! I do not want to keep paying that cobra payment each month.

Cloudy and cool this morning. 70% chance of rain by this evening and then rain for the rest of the week. Sigh...

I am almost out of gas and will need to stop after work and get some. I wish I had a battery operated car. I only drive 1.3 miles to the job I'm working presently. It would be perfect...wouldn't have to buy gas EVER!

We had a nice evening last night. Had chicken pot pies for dinner while we watched the coverage of tornadoes and storms ripping across the midwest. The weather seems to be getting worse. How can anyone say out weather isn't changing? I feel so sorry for all those who have lost all their lives. Stuff can be replaced. We have started over so many times with nothing.

I have always wanted to be a storm chaser. Weather has always fascinated me. The summers I spent in Indiana was filled with thunder and lightning storms and rain in the summertime. California it was rare to have thunder and lightning. Our weather was mild and mostly boring. We did have lots of fog. I now live in Spokane and it seems we have 2 seasons... Winter snow and construction. LOL! But really we also do not get many thunder and lightning storms. No humidity. I've always thought about taking one of those vacation trips with a storm chaser.

Soft rain this morning.

How must it feel to quit your job, give up your belongings just to awake and find yourself still here. Woops...now he says October?

Do I believe in heaven...NO  Afterlife...YES Reincarnation...YES  Hell...NO

I do believe in Karma and Paying it Forward. And most of all Kindness.

Why are people no longer curious? THINK for yourself...not listen to what the talking heads on the radio or television are saying and take it as fact. They are just promoting someone else's agenda or philosophy. Do your own research. READ! ASK QUESTIONS!

My goals for this week: Move the rest of the stuff from the house. Give away what is not needed. Make jewelry. Go to work, pay the bills and try not to spend much money.

Sorry I missed a few days. I've been busy making jewelry in my spare time. I sold all 4 necklaces, Life cycle of the Turtle, Bears in the Woods, Return of Spring and Pink Love.

The next necklace I made is called Space, the Final Frontier.  Future project is Bees in Spring.

I have had alot of call for black earrings, so I'll be working on those today.

So the Rapture did not happen...so no Post Rapture Looting Party! Damn, it would have been so fun.

Friday night we watched the Linda Ronstadt: Canciones de Mi Padre concert. Besides the music being so fantastic, the costumes and sets were amazing. And her earrings...OMG to die for!  We still have the movies Red and Premonition to watch.

I am rooting for John Rich to win Celebrity Apprentice tonight!!! Another season finale. Pretty soon my DVR won't have anything to record. LOL.
